I'm Natalie (on your left!) I created HOWISTAYFIT with the goal of creating a community that inspires, motivates, and grows together through discovering, creating and sharing their unique fit lifestyles!


Living in Downtown Toronto I've felt the pressure of having to keep up with the latest fashion trends when it came to fitting in at the gym, but as I looked around I couldn't help but feel I blended in with everyone else.. For this reason, HOWISTAYFIT offers an athleisure line where apparel is customized for you by adding your initials to each piece. This is also to remind you that this is your fitness journey to embark on and discover, and not to compare your fitness journey to others.

HOWISTAYFIT looks at three main pillars being Fitness, Food and Wellness encouraging you to not only learn and grow while you discover your fit lifestyle but to continue to share, inspire and motivate others around you. You never know whose life you may be influencing and changing!
