Pumpkin Protein Rolled Oat Muffins

A recipe that you really can't mess up. You can even swap out pumpkin for Banana's and they're just as good using only 9 ingredients!


Pour yourself a warm cup of coffee or tea and nibble on these delicious and nutritional muffins to curb that sweet tooth and satisfy your hungry xx


- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree (can also swap out for ripe bananas)

- 2 Cups Rolled Oats

- 1/3 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup

- 1/4 Oat or Almond Milk

- 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- 1/4 Cup preferred Protein Powder (Hemp, Pea, Whey)

- 2 Eggs

- 4 Tbs Nut Butter of your Choice

- 1 Tsp Cimmamon

- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

Baking Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit

- Combine all ingredients listed above in a bowl

- Pour out into silicone muffin cups, or loaf dish

- Bake for 22-24 minutes

- Let cool for 3 minutes

- Optional: spread nut butter on top like you would icing
