This lunch prep was thrown together using all lefts overs from breakfast, lunch and dinner the day before!

Sandwich Ingredients

- Fresh Southborough Bread from Forno Cultura (609 King St West)

- Leftover Cold Cuts (turkey and spicy sopressata)

- Handful of Spinach (stems removed)

- Havarti Cheese Slice

- Lightly buttered and grilled on a Panini Press

Salad Ingredients

- Spring Garden Mix

- Cucumber

- Cherry Tomatoes

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil + Balsamic

- Salt & Pepper

Gnocchi Ingredients

- Fresh Gnocchi

- Fresh Tomato Sauce

- Fresh Parmesan
